Conference Guidelines

Registration Guidelines

Registration Desk

The registration desk will open at 08:00 AM on the first day of the conference and will remain operational throughout the event. Participants are requested to complete registration upon arrival.

Conference Materials

Registered participants will receive:

• Conference Badge

• Conference Program

• Conference Folder

• Abstract Book (Digital or Printed, if applicable)

• Participation Materials

Onsite Assistance

Conference coordinators and support staff will be available throughout the event to assist participants with registration, scheduling, venue information, and general inquiries.

Meals & Refreshments

Lunch and refreshment arrangements will be provided according to the conference schedule. Participants are advised to wear their conference badges at all times for access to conference facilities and services.


Speaker Guidelines

Presentation Schedule

Speakers are requested to arrive at their assigned session room at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start of their session.

Presentation Duration

Oral presentations are allocated 20–25 minutes, including discussion and Q&A. Speakers are encouraged to prepare presentations within the allotted time to ensure smooth session management.

Official Language

The official language of the conference is English.

Presentation Format

Presentations should be prepared in:

• Microsoft PowerPoint (PPT/PPTX)

• PDF Format

Slides should be professionally designed, clear, and easily readable.

Presentation Submission

To facilitate technical preparation, speakers are requested to submit their final presentation at least 15 days prior to the conference.

A backup copy should also be carried on a USB drive on the day of presentation.

Technical Facilities

Presentation rooms will be equipped with:

• Laptop/Computer

• LCD Projector

• Projection Screen

• Wireless Presenter

• Microphone and Audio System

• Internet Access (subject to venue availability)

Technical Support

Technical personnel will be available throughout the conference to assist speakers with presentation setup and audiovisual requirements.


Poster Presentation Guidelines

Poster Format

Posters should be professionally designed and clearly present the objectives, methodology, results, and conclusions of the research.

Poster Dimensions

Maximum poster display area:

1 Meter (Width) × 1 Meter (Height)

Poster Display

Presenters are responsible for bringing printed posters and displaying them in the designated poster area according to the conference schedule.

Presenter Attendance

Authors must be present at their poster during the assigned poster session to engage with attendees, answer questions, and discuss their research findings.

Poster Removal

Posters should be removed at the conclusion of the conference. The organizing committee is not responsible for posters left behind after the event.

Best Poster Award

Outstanding poster presentations will be evaluated by the scientific committee, and selected presenters will receive the Best Poster Presentation Award during the closing ceremony.


Certification & Awards

Conference Certificates

All registered participants will receive an official conference certificate according to their participation category, including:

• Speaker Certificate

• Delegate Certificate

• Poster Presentation Certificate

• Session Chair Certificate (where applicable)

Certificate Information

Certificates will be prepared based on the information provided during registration. Participants are requested to ensure that their names, affiliations, and presentation details are accurate before the conference.

Certificate Corrections

Requests for certificate corrections must be submitted before the conference commencement. Changes requested after certificate issuance may be subject to administrative processing.

Certificate Distribution

Certificates will be distributed during the conference or at the conclusion of the participant’s session.

E-Certificates

Digital certificates will be emailed to participants within 3–7 working days following the conference.

Awards & Recognition

To recognize excellence in research and presentation, the conference may present:

• Best Oral Presentation Award

• Best Poster Presentation Award

• Young Researcher Award

• Outstanding Speaker Award

Award recipients will be announced during the Closing Ceremony.
